Customer service is terrible 😡 App is full of bugs (Android and Web app) but the support team can't resolve them. Wasted numerous hours trying to resolve issues with support. Would be much easier if the Australian Podium staff could contact us during business hours to help resolve issues. I'm hooking to try the beta app to see if that's any better!
Never stays logged in. Constantly showing message notifications for already handled messages. Generally just a poorly performing app
We use this app not only to communicate with customers, but to complete transactions when they can not come in. It works great.
Wont let me sign in anymore on my phone. Happens often
This is a garbage app; lousey Customer service too. As I write this scathing review, I can't be bothered to check my spelling, and why should I? This is 2022, not 1982; an app without embedded spell checking just sets the tone for the user experience. Unrelated; when I contacted Customer service on an installation issue they told me that I didn't have an account. This made me mad, and I offerred to send them the emails I had received from them. I'm completely blown away by this mediocrity!
